Blessed beyond words!

Guess what???  I won, I won, I won another Kendall.  This time I gave it to my "one and only"!  She loves Kendall's "dress series" and it was awesome that timing allowed me to be at Colby's house when it arrived!  We won the "Kristy",  it is
bee-U-ti-FULL"!
Kendall shipped this beauty, with perfect timing!  Colby had a rough Monday that week and this was her surprise awaiting her homecoming that evening!  Thank You, Kendall

On Friday the 27th of April, Kristy H.  took the day off work and we played.  First we dropped by Anthro and did a little splurging!  Then we took off to Gruene, TX.  We ate lunch here:
Then walked around, took some shots, of the places we used to go and for a minute remembered what we used to do there.  Those were the days...We loved Gruene Hall!!!
Many a boot has danced here, we did our fair share of dancing and standing on the tables!
I hear that "Gruene Hall" is "the oldest dance hall" in Texas.  Good times!  I had such a good day, it was so fun to catch up with Kristy H.  We have been friends for about 23 years.

Fri night we had ZBB tickets!  Lucky us, Doug met us after his 2nd day of Golfing, he was fortunate to play in 2 tournaments that weekend.  Yep, I actually got to see Zac Brown Band.
I knew they were talented, but didn't realize how many of them there are, nor how many instruments each one plays.  Amazing!!!  So worth the money!
Saturday, I met these ladies for lunch-ish!  We have been friends for about 23 years.  Time has flown, and it was great to catch up a little, at a local favorite, La Fogata's!
That evening we stayed home and visited with Mary Anne.  She entertained us with her amazing scrapbooks.  Then we played "musical rooms".  Mary Anne slept in mine, Abbi slept in the office on an air mattress, Colby and I slept in her king size bed and God Bless Doug, he slept on an air mattress beside his bride!  I've said before, they are quite the host!
On Sunday after church and lunch with Cory and Evie, Colby and I went to see this:
Colby's friend from the office, was in the play and she gave her flower's afterwards!  It was like knowing a famous person.  LOL

Monday, I went to Zumba, met Colby for lunch and ran to North Star Mall for mascara.
I think Tuesday, Tracy took a late lunch and we were able to visit for a minute!
Wed. was a hoot, Karen and her sweet Mom met me at Colby's office and went to
the Tower of Americas for a late lunch!  What a view!!!

The Charter House restaurant is in that top part and spins around the whole time you eat!
Then we met Lisa and Tracy at the riverwalk.  This is a cool little Martini bar: Swig!
Thurs. Lisa and I toudled around San Antonio all day, then met Colby and Doug for dinner!
Lisa and I have been friends for 40 years.  We met halfway thru our freshman year in high school.  Now have reconnected and plan to stay that way!
Look Holly and Scott, we look like we are ready for football, AU style!
Then I added red potatoes and chicken breast.  This meal was a flop for me, the potatoes never really cooked.  I don't get it!  This is the second time I have messed up roasted red potatoes when preparing dinner at Camp C&D's.   Anyways...Look what my sweet kids gave me for Mom's day and my birthday!  Very Cool!!!
I forgot to mention, that on Friday afternoon , Shari met me and we spent a few hours catching up.  So cool to have the opportunity to visit with friends from as far back as 40 years ago.  And more recently to get to visit with friends of Colby and Dougs!  How fun does this look?
Oh, and on Saturday, Debbie drove us to Cedar Park to this fabulous place:
As per usual another amazing trip to San Antonio, blessed beyond words!!!
